Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on eco-inspiration.co.uk. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Placing an order indicates your acceptance and the terms listed are subject to change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date at the foot of the page). Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Accuracy of Product Information and the Description of Goods
Product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of eco-inspiration.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. eco-inspiration.co.uk cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages until we have acceptance e-mail has been sent (this is not the conformation of order e-mail). Actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. Images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturers brochures or their websites. All accessories supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at the manufacturers discretion. We will supply the product as supplied to us by the manufacturer.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when your order has been accepted. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. Prices may be subject to change if the price published for the goods is wrong. In all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. From time to time our prices may be different if you are directed to our site via a third party site. Purchases at said prices can only be made on line (no telephone orders accepted) by arriving at our site through the third party site.
The after sale price refers to the price of any available like for like products after our sale event ends.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta and as forms of payment. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 14 days. Finance terms are also available upon request. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, the address and phone number your credit card holder has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
Receipt of your order does not guarantee that we can supply the selected Products to you. Our web site is regularly updated throughout the day, to ensure that we provide accurate details on product availability and the time period of any special offer is regularly updated. We endeavour to ensure availability on all our advertised items is constant, however we cannot warranty availability.
In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you by e-mail or telephone ASAP to advice of expected delivery dates. We will not deduct any sums from your credit card unless, or to the extent, we are able to deliver the Products to you as ordered.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. The delivery charge will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. AM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application.
For orders received via the United Kingdom web-site (eco-inspiration.co.uk) or by telephone from within the United Kingdom, delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure your purchases are delivered promptly but we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery, and accept no liability or responsibility for delayed delivery of Products where the delay is outside of our reasonable control. Should you experience a delayed delivery, we invite you to contact our customer service: 01536 770971, 10:00am-6:00pm, 6 days a week, except our closed days and holidays.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
It is the consumers responsibility to sign and check for the amount of parcels received by the courier. I.e. If the delvery note states 2 parcel sign for 2 if there is only one please write it clarly on the delivery note. The consumer has reasonable time to notify us of any shortages and damages that may have accrued in transit.
ecoinspiration.co.uk will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 day in writing from the expected delivery date. Your may e-mail to sales@ecoinspiration.co.uk
If goods returned under this clause under reasonable time are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
Product Guarantees - General
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order the day after the delivery within 7 working days from delivery.
You must notify us by phone (01509505342) or e-mail (sales@ecoinspiration.co.uk) of your intention to cancel within 7 working days after the first day of delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
" Goods must be returned reasonable condition in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
" Goods must be complete, unused, and in reasonable condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
" Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
" You should not try any product or test it as this will result as second hand
" Any FREE GIFTS with the products must also be returned.

Please note:
You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be rejected at delivery so please clearly write your RA Code on the out side of the box, or returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Refunds:
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
" Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
" Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less delivery charges and cost of accessories as listed below.
" Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you and also a printed copy with the goods. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
